Steven J. Morton
Steven Morton is a Chicago native. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University, cum laude, in 1980 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1983. He successfully completed his bar exam and was licensed to practice law in the State of California in 1984 and maintains his status as a member of the California Bar. He successfully completed his bar exam and was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1985. He joined the Law Firm of Robert C. Morton & Associates in 1985 and practiced as an associate for 2 years in a law practice that included Personal Injury, Workman's Compensation, Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Divorce and other Family law matters. In 1987 he opened his own law firm focusing on civil litigation and personal injury law. In 20 years of practice, Steven Morton has litigated hundreds of cases and recovered several million dollars on behalf of his clients. He has successfully litigated matters to verdict or settlement in Cook County, DuPage County, Lake County and the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois. Steven Morton has successfully litigated complex civil litigation cases involving medical negligence, products liability, general negligence, automobile accidents, birth injuries, pharmaceutical errors, construction injuries, nursing home injuries and wrongful death. Steven Morton is an active member of many prestigious professional associations, including the Illinois Trial Lawyer's Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Robert C. Morton has been practicing law in Chicago for over fifty years. After earning his bachelors degree from the University of Illinois in 1950, he continued at the University of Illinois,pursuing and earning his Juris Doctor Degree in 1953. Robert Morton began his practice immediately following his graduation, with a focus in personal injury, medical malpractice, and bankruptcy law. In the 1970's, Robert C. Morton was one of the first law clinic to legally advertise to the public, under the ruling of Bates v. Osteen. In all, associates and counsel of Robert C. Morton & Associates have a combined total of over one hundred years legal experience, obtaining millions of dollars in awards for their 5,000+ clients. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Morton is extremely involved in the arts, having produced a film based on Ernest Hemingway's "A Clean Well Lighted Place", as well as directing the Longmeadow Journal of Short Stories.
Scott Wolfman was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1967. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1990. He received the Dean Scholarship at DePaul University College of Law and achieved his Juris Doctor Degree in 1993. He successfully completed his bar exam and was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1993. He joined the Law Firm of Richard Mallen & Associates in 1993 and achieved a partnership in June, 2000. In January, 2004, he opened his own law firm focusing on civil litigation and personal injury law. In ten years of practice, Scott Wolfman has litigated hundreds of cases and recovered several million dollars on behalf of his clients. He has successfully received verdicts in Cook County, Kane County, Lake County and the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois. He has tried complex civil litigation cases involving medical negligence, products liability, general negligence, automobile accidents, birth injuries, pharmaceutical errors, construction injuries, nursing home injuries and wrongful death. He also managed class action lawsuits against Dow Corning, Bristol Myers, Baxter, 3M and other manufacturers of silicone breast implants.

Ryan R. Relyea
Ryan R. Relyea joined Steven J. Morton & Associates as a paralegal in November 2004. Since that time, he has played an instrumental role in the settlement of hundreds of cases, and assisted in obtaining multiple trial verdicts. In addition to his ability to tackle any obstacle and every task, Ryan brings a rich knowledge of medical records to the firm, an undeniable asset to personal injury law.
